Common Requests

Use the app to report inaccurate restroom details, closed locations, duplicate listings, or inappropriate comments. For community-data deletion or privacy requests, email support with the subject line "Data Request" and include the data request code shown in the app's Profile screen.

Availability

This mailbox is not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies. Contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is needed.
